An owner is a business only when there is no first name, the name contains an entity word (LLC, Inc, Corp, Co, LP, LLP, Ltd, Partners, Associates, Holdings, Properties, Realty, Bank, Trust Co, …), and it contains no personal-trust or estate word (Revocable, Living, Estate of, Et al, Trustee, …). Government bodies and non-profits are counted but not named. Everyone else, including owners the rule cannot place, is never named.
Owners are grouped by name after removing punctuation and collapsing spellings (Inc/Incorporated, Corp/Corporation, LLC/L L C). Names are truncated in the source (e.g. "SYR MODEL NBHRD CORP"); related companies with different names are not combined.
